Here are video clips of Doug Demko, president of FISHBIO, testifying Feb. 10, 2016, before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Water, Power and Oceans in Washington, D.C. The hearing broadly was about ways to increase the salmon population in Central Valley rivers, including the Stanislaus River. It focused on the impact of non-native fish species eating juvenile salmon as they migrate through the Delta on their way to the Pacific Ocean.
